- Performance work statement Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) W912L9-18-Q-0004 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as well as FAR part 12 commerical service The contractor shall provide latrines and hand washing stations as well as grey water removal per the PWS attached PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION AND Performance Work Statement
