- Description
- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 6340-00-862-2027, Detector, Ice in accordance with Mack Electric Devices Inc., CAGE 82691, P/N 193-000-001. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 55 EA for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 48 days ARO. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7036, Buy American - Free Trade Agreements - Balance of Payments Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button.
