- Solicitation document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The attached document is Solicitation No. CB18-RFP0008 which contains the clauses, Statement of Work, and provisions applicable to this requirement. This requirement is a full and open competition. All qualified businesses are encouraged to submit an offer. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Cyber Security Monitoring Services The Contractor shall provide cybersecurity monitoring of the agency’s infrastructure, applications, and cloud deployments in the form of externally managed security, threat detection, and threat response services as stated within the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Monitoring may be performed as a co-managed security information and event management (SIEM) either on-premise or hosted, or as a fully managed SIEM on-premise or hosted. The contract performance period will be for one Base Year with four Option Years. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME: All questions concerning this solicitation, CB18-RFP0008, shall be sent via email to caryn.thiboheim@cbo.gov by 7 May 2018 at 3:00 PM EDT. A question and answer (Q&A) document will be posted approximately 2 business days after all questions have been received. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME: Offers are due on 16 May 2018 at 5:00 PM EDT. Offerors MUST submit offers via e-mail ONLY. CONTRACTING OFFICE CONTACT INFORMATION: All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be sent by email to the address above. The Government will NOT answer questions via telephone.
