- AMENDMENT 1 ********************POST CLOSE AMENDMENT****************** The purpose of this POST CLOSE AMENDMENT is to make the following changes: Extend the proposal deadline to 07 May 2018 at 2:00PM (CST), remove the following Appendix PWS: Bardwell Lake, remove the following bid sheets: Bardwell Lake-Mott Park A, Lavon Lake - Clear Lake B, Lavon Lake-Lavonia Park "B", remove Option Year 2 from the Lewisville PWS Appendix and the following bid sheets: Lewisville Lake-Westlake Park "A" and Westlake Park "B". Items that have been changed are highlighted in yellow and annotated with "AMD1". Additional items are annotated in the Summary of Changes.
