- Combined Solicitation/Synopsis for FA2823-18-Q-4018 The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation for one (1) Graco CM 1559 Supply System 890SL Pump (or equal) at Eglin AFB, Florida.
