- Westover ARB BOS Survey Niagara ARS BOS Survey GENERAL INFORMATION: Document Type: Sources Sought Notice for Market Research Solicitation Number: N/A Classification Code: M-Operation of Government-owned Facilities, Base Operating Support Services, at Westover ARB, MA and Niagara Falls ARS, NY locations North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561210, Facilities Support Services CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, HQ AFRC/PKA, 255 Richard Ray Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31098 DESCRIPTION: 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. There is no solicitation available at this time. This synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. FAR Part 10 requires that market research be conducted on requirements at least every 18 months to see if the market has changed for a particular acquisition. This effort is to seek sources capable of providing Supply, Vehicle Operations and Maintenance, Traffic Management, Real Property Maintenance, Fuels Management, and Airfield Management for Westover ARB, MA and Niagara Falls ARS, NY. Some functions shall require training of Air Force Reserve personnel. 2. For the purpose of determining your business size, the NAICS code of 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $38.5M average annual receipts over the past 3 years, will be utilized for this acquisition.
