- Wage Determination for Logan County, CO Wage Determination for Laramie County, WY Submittal requirements Memo for record for obtaining sensitive documents. This attachment is for technical drawings of the equipment. Please follow the instructions on the memo and a copy will be sent via AMERDEC (a system that sends files password protected). Statement of Work for the repair and upgrade of MAF elevators Solicitation for the repair and upgrade of MAF elevators Funds are not currently available for this requirement. This acquisition is planned as a full and open competition under NAICS code 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a size standard of $15 million. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, vehicles, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to repair, upgrade and test the 15 Elevators at 15 separate Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) under the jurisdiction of F.E. Warren Air Force Base in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. MAFs are located in a wide area radiating from Cheyenne WY in Southeastern Wyoming, Southwestern Nebraska, and Northeastern Colorado. The contractor shall abide by all local, state, and federal EPA guidelines and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy, all contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, to be eligible to receive an award.
