- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Dublin, GA & Catchment Wide Solicitation Number: 36C2718R0276 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 7), intends to solicit proposals from multiple Nursing Home Facilities to provide Community Nursing Home (CNH) care to the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs located in the following counties within the catchment area of the Dublin VAMC, under Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC). Multiple awards are anticipated to expand service in rural and urban areas. Proposals will be accepted as OPEN AND CONTINUOUS for a twelve (12) month period commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Expected Performance Period shall be every 12 Months at the end of every Period of Performance starting with the Base period and (4) 12 Months Options. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from that website. solicitation provides instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database (VetBiz registration is required for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM. NAICS Code is 623110-NursingCare Facilities (size standard $27.5M). The classification code is Q- Medical Services. The Base Period of the contract will be date of Award through April 1, 2019, with four (4) one-year Option Periods.
