- Statement of Work In accordance with FAR 5.201, Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is posting this pre-solicitation/request for information to inform industry of the intention to solicit and negotiate with only one source for the procurement of Crime Tips software (P3) annual license. The Government will accept capability statements. Potential Respondents shall describe how they would propose to successfully provide the above supplies/support, assuming that all supplies/supports provided by Respondent would be accomplished in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Any documents must be submitted in electronic format (i.e. Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat compatible) to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist stated below. Potential Respondents/Teaming Partners must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the online representation and certification application (OCRA) must be activated. For SAM registration, please visit online - https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. If you submit Proprietary Information, you must clearly mark as proprietary on every sheet containing such information and segregate the Proprietary information to the maximum extent practical from other portions of your response (e.g. use an attachment or exhibit). Respondents are responsible for adequately marking Proprietary information in their response. The RESPONSE DATE for this market research is May 10th, 2018 by 0900 EDT. No collect calls will be accepted. All responses to this RFI may be submitted via e-mail to Shaneta Carey, Contracting Specialist, at shaneta.s.carey.civ@mail.mil, courtesy copy to Jake Perrotta, Contracting Officer, at, jake.r.perrotta.civ@mail.mil. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Offerors are advised that the Government is under no obligation to provide feedback to respondents or request any additional information from respondents with respect to any information submitted. Please be advised that pre-solicitation correspondence (i.e. Questions & Answers, messages, etc.) are solely to aid the potential Offerors. If you find any discrepancies between communication dialog and any forthcoming contractual document (i.e. solicitation, Price Model, etc.), the contractual document shall prevail.
