- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for Qty 1 EA; Link16 Mobile Terminal Rack in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to ViaSat, 6155 El Camino Real, CA 92009 due to compatibility with Link16 terminals that are already in use. This Link 16 Terminal has tactical assets such as aircraft, ships, or other program of record platforms. That has been designed to have the capability to operate without any supporting equipment. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. This is notice is not intent for request for quote; however any firm believe they can provide a quote may provide a written responses for this Solicitation N6893618Q0149 shall be submitted by e-mail to terryl.mitchell@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Terryl Mitchell, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 5 days from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
