- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to IPG Photonics Corporation. The requirement is for the purchase of: 1. 1 EA - YLR-400-LP-AC-Y14 400W YB Fiber Lasers, linearly polarized center wavelength 1070nm, emission linewidth 4nm, collinear red alignment laser, 19" rack mountable housing with Touch-Screen Display/Analog/ RS-232/ Ethernet. Output: 3m fiber, terminated with a 5 mm collimator. 2. UID Label - UID CLAUSE DFARS 252.211-7003 APPLIES TO a line item with a unit cost of $5,000.00 or more, (must be labeled)which will be a tangible delivered item. If charging for the label it must be shown as a separate line item on your quote. 3. Shipping if applicable must be listed on the quote as a separate line item. The ship to address is 4297 Pacific Highway BLDG 0T7 San Diego Ca 92110. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334516 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
