- NSN 4240 - 014391355 is for PARTS KIT,REGULATOR. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 640 EA. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be a unrestricted. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is April 25, 2018. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLATS.
