SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is conducting market research to help determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified vendors who can provide & deliver the following items for the Eye Clinic at Saint Louis, MO. VAMC at 915 N. Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, MO. 63106-1621. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). NOTE: Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) does apply. NAICS 339115 The VA St. Louis Health Care System (John Cochran Division) requires a Projection Perimeter to be used in the Eye Clinic. The perimeter shall be used to perform standard functional tests in Glaucoma and other eye related pathologies and compatible with existing equipment for standardization as stated below. Projection Perimeter characteristics below: The perimetry unit shall meet the following minimum specifications: Peripheral range of 90 degrees Include static perimetry Ability to do dynamic or normal strategies Programs to include the following: Glaucoma/Macula Screening Low Vision 30-2/24-2/10-2 Bleph Neuro Diabetes Page 2 of 2 Automatic Pupil Measurement 100% Fixation Control Head position recognition Stimulus sizes I through V Capable of performing the following testing: Esterman testing Kinetic Disability (SSA) testing Custom static testing Automated Lens Holder and eye tracking Include the following perimetry: Blue yellow (SWAP) perimetry Flicker perimetry Red stimulus/color perimetry EyeSuite perimetry Manual and semi-automatic Goldmann kinetic with kinetic custom tests Wheel Chair Accessible Table Windows-based PC that is Windows 7 or higher Package to include monitor, keyboard and printer Must interface with VistA Imaging via DICOM to upload field images for storage and viewing by providers NOTE: Item is to include any installation or set up required to bring the system to fully functioning status.
