Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for SPEC-CT Site Preparation located at the Olin E. Teague VA Medical Center 1901 1st Street, Temple, Texas, 76504. The method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an anticipated approximate issue date of May 11, 2018, and a projected bid due date of June 30, 2018. Project consists of, but is not limited to; Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tooling, and supervision to perform all requirements of the resulting contract. The project includes, but is not limited to; contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tooling, equipment, supervision to retrofit of the existing GE Infinia Nuclear Medicine room to accommodate a new Siemens Symbia Intevo Excell, per the provided Scope of Work and Specifications. Project duration shall be 150 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAISC code is 238910, $15 Mil. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00.
