- Pre-Solicitation Notice for Draft RFP/ Industry Day The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to inform industry of USSOCOMs intent to issue a Draft RFP for Actionable Intelligence Support prior to 1 May 2018. This Draft RFP will allow for questions to be submitted and be followed by an Industry Day on the morning of 15 May 2018. Once the Industry Day is completed the Government will hold One-on-One meetings with interested vendors beginning on the afternoon of Tuesday, 15 May thru Friday, 18 May 2018. To gain access to the Draft RFP, Interested Vendors must be registered within SAM with the proper NAICS Code for this requirement, which will be verified by the Contracting Officer. Furthermore, Interested Vendor's Cage Code will be submitted through USSOCOM Security who will verify proof of: a. TOP SECRET Facility Clearance b. SECRET Level of Safeguarding (may be satisfied by team member during solicitation period) This precaution has been established to limit the dissemination of sensitive unclassified information. Proof of Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret Level of Safeguarding are required for this effort. NAICS: 541990 Competition: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside This notice is NOT a formal solicitation and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Please direct industry questions or comments regarding the pre-solicitation/ DRAFT RFP notice in writing to the points of contact below. Proposals will NOT be accepted. The Final Solicitation (RFP) is anticipated to be available mid- late June 2018. Industry Day Information: Date: 15 May 2018 Time: 0900 Location: Ft. Belvoir, Virginia Security Clearance Required: Secret Max number of Participants per Company/Partnership/Team: 4 One-on-One Meetings: 15-18 May 2018 Registered Attendees must arrive early to the Gelini Gate Visitors' Center at Gunston Road and 23rd St. on Ft. Belvoir to process thru the center and obtain a Visitor's Badge (this is in addition to any requirements to access Ft. Belvoir itself). A shuttle will be provided to transport Registered Attendees from the Visitors' Center to the General Briefing and One-on-Ones. Interested parties shall submit the following information no later than 1800 on Friday, 4 May 2018: 1. Name and CAGE Code of prime SDVOSB entity 2. Name, official SDVOSB company email address and phone number of point of contact for unclassified correspondence regarding this solicitation 3. Name, unclassified email addres and phone number of individual authorized (if different from above) to receive and sign for final solicitation package (Note: Individual must have Secret clearance and be located at address belonging to the CAGE Code below) 4. Name and CAGE Code of entity to receive FINAL RFP if different than above 5. Names of individuals (4 maximum) who will attend the Industry Day on 15 May 2018 (Note: All individuals must possess a Secret clearance). 5. Date and time (morning or afternoon) of requested One-on-One meeting. Meetings will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: All time slots on 5/15/2018 are taken. 6. Names of individuals (4 maximum) who will attend One-on-One session if different from above (Note: All individuals must possess a Secret clearance). Please provide mobile number for at least 1 attendee as POC for day of 1-on-1. The above information shall be submitted in writing to Richard Schnabel at richard.schnabel@socom.mil and Matthew Strange at matthew.strange@socom.mil. All individuals attending the Industry Day and/or One-on-Ones must submit their clearance information via JPAS to W4HPAA6, ATTN: Mr. Tony Anderson at anthony.r.anderson8.civ@mail.mil. The Government will respond with an acknowledgement when submitted vendors and individuals are successfully registered to attend. Due to the large expected response, and the time necessary to verify the above submitted data, please do not contact the Contracting Office on your status prior to Wednesday, 9 May. No further information is available from the contracting office at this time.
