- CUSTODIAL SERVICES THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No solicitation or specifications are available at this time. Responses shall be used for planning purposes only. The sources sought is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. Responses to this notice are NOT OFFERS and WILL NOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked a proprietary will be handled accordingly. The NAICS code for this requirement is "561720" Janitorial Services. It is anticipated that a solicitation based on the outcome of this market survey will be published and that a subsequent contract from the solicitation will be awarded. The Department of Army - Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii is seeking vendors who have the capabilities to provide all management, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to perform the custodial services at various buildings located at Aliamanu Military Reservation, Fort DeRussy, Fort Shafter, Helemano Military Reservation, Schofield Barracks, Tripler Army Medical Center (non-medical facilities) and Wheeler Army Airfield, on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Vendors are to perform in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. ****PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT AND FURTHER DISCRIPTION OF THE CUSTODIAL SERVICES**** Performance Work Statement is a DRAFT version of what may be in an anticipated solicitation. MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONAIRE Request interested firms respond to this notice and include the following in their Capability Statement: (a) Firm's INFORMATION [name, address, phone number, CAGE Code]; (b) Firm's INTEREST to qualify [e.g., prime contractor, teaming partner, job venture, primary subcontractor]; (c) STATUS [e.g., 8(a) [including graduation date], HUBZone-certified small business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business, small business, large business, etc.]; (d) CAPABILITY STATEMENT [Interested contractors may include a history of relevant experience -performance history (identified by contract/project number, project title, dollar amount, point(s) of contact with telephone/fax numbers, and in what capacity (e.g., prime, subcontractor, etc.) performed)]; (e) PERCENT OF WORK the firm can commit to accomplishing the referenced project with in-house (no subcontracted) labor. Interested contractors must provide the above information to the points of contacts listed herein. Information submitted shall be in sufficient detail as to allow for government review of firm's interest and capabilities. Responses shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) pages.
