- SOW The 116th Air Contract Wing has a requirement of UTA lodging for FY 19. T he Contractor shall furnish lodging accommodations for Government personnel traveling under official status on a rental basis. If and when requested by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative (see paragraph 2.3) for Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends from Oct 1 2018 - Sep 30 2019 (FY19) (weekends will be provided once a Privacy Statement has been received from the vendor). The performance standards and requirements for these services include the following responsibilities. Please ensure you read all requirements prior to submitting a proposal.
