- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office Eight (08) intends to solicit quotations from contractors to provide gate repair at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando Florida 32803. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed- Price contract. The solicitation will be issued electronically via the Federal Business Opportunities website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about April 25, 2018. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Request for Quotations (RFQs) will be issued as 100% Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 238990 is 15.0 Million. To be eligible for an award, an offeror must be registered and verified with the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) - Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at: https://www.va.gov/osdbu/. Contractor s must have a valid DUNS number. Request DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to do business with the Federal Government. Register at: https://www.sam.gov/.
