- This Pre-Solicitation notice is for Removal and Replacement of two (2) Lift Station Pumps in Johnstown, PA. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Warfighter Support, on behalf of the U.S. Army 99th Regional Support Command (RSC), has a requirement for removal and replacement of two (2) lift station grinder pumps at the Johnstown PA051 - AMSA 104 Building, located at 284 Aviation Drive, Johnstown, PA 15902. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish the requirement which consists of, but not limited to, removing and replacing two (2) lift station pumps and associated motors at the Johnstown PA location. A site visit will be mandatory. The work shall be performed in accordance with all manufacturer specifications and guidelines as well as all federal, state and local codes subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Scope of Work which will accompany the solicitation when posted. The Government intends to issue Solicitation W15QKN-18-Q-1089 as a total small business set-aside which will result in a single firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed issue date. The North American Industry Standard Classification (NAICS) Code is 237110 - Water and Sewer Line related structures construction with a size standard of $36,500,000.00. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, effective 06 November 2017. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the FBO website for notice of amendments, updates and/or changes to the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The website can be found at https://www.sam.gov/sam. ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THE SOLICITATION MUST BE EMAILED. The estimated solicitation posting will be on or about 26 April 2018. The estimated response deadline is 17 May 2018 at 11:00 am EST, contingent upon the exact posting. The actual due date will be stated in Block 8, Page 1 of the solicitation.
