- Please see attached Amendment. Note that the time has been extended due to incoming questions and anwsers. All Emails, corrapondance, and proposals must be addressed to myself and Marcos Morales The work performed under this contract shall consist of services to remove the existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) 6, 7, 9 and 13, associated piping, ductwork, controls, and electrical circuits and install new AHUs 6, 7 and 9A, associated piping, ductwork, controls and electrical circuits in accordance with projects drawings and specifications. The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision and materials specified in this Contract. This acquisition will be conducted as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set aside, utilizing Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) Procedures. Interested Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $15 Million. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the FedBizOpps Website: http://www.fbo.gov on/or around 28 Mar 2017 with a tentative closing date of 27 Apr 2018. The contract performance period will be 270 days from the Notice to Proceed. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in SAM in order to be eligible for timely award. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be http://www.fbo.gov. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e., issued amendments, changes to the Statement of Work, etc).
