- Wage Determination Bid Item Sheet Fire Safety Inspections - Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make one (1) award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P918Q0015 -Fire Safety Inspections, for the US Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District, Physical Support & Service Base, and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 dated 06 November 2017. This requirement is being solicited 100% Total Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Offeror. Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. PLEASE ENSURE TO VIEW THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK UPLOADED IN FedBizOpps. The following provisions apply to this RFQ:FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items.
