- Edge Marker Kit Drawing Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA670318Q0011 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. This is a Small Business Set-Aside with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The government will award a one-time contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government.
