- RFP 70RDND18R00000005 - HAIBP - Instructions to Offerors - Amd A00004 HAIBP RFP Amendment A00004 - 4/25/2018 The purpose of this amendment to HAIBP RFP 70RDND18R00000005 is to provide a revised "Instructions to Offerors." The following revisions are made to the version provided in Amendment A00003: 1) The response date for the Business Volume submissions is hereby changed to Monday, April 30, 2018 at 5:00PM, Eastern. 2) Correct a typo that was included in the Amendment A00003 version of the Instructions to Offerors. This typo pertains to the number of awards anticipated under Phase I. As stated in the original version of the "Instructions to Offerors" provided in the Base RFP, the Government anticipates awarding four Phase I (4) contracts as a result of this solicitation, not three (3) Phase I awards as was erroneously stated in Amendment A00003. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain in full force and effect.
