Quantity: 60.00 Unit of Issue: MO Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The Agency intends to award a sole source contract action to Textron Defense Systems. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Agency is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Agency's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Agency. The Agency does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part.
