- The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey avenue, Buffalo NY has a requirement for service maintenance agreements for the GE PET Discovery RX VCT at the location. This service agreement includes: pin source; and system and tube coverage: up to 0003000 patients. This service agreement excludes: peripheral devices; printers; uninterrupted power supply; and workstation The service maintenance agreement shall consist of the forinclude the following, all work shall be done by authorized GE technicians and use only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. FE Coverage Weekdays: MON-FRI, 8AM-9PM FE Coverage Weekend: NO COVERAGE HRS FE Onsite Response Time: 4-Hours Remote monitoring and support Telephone support PM Coverage HOURS/DAYS: MON-FRI,8AM-9PM Repair Parts: Included, Next Day 10:30AM LST-PET Software and Quality Updates Uptime Commitment: 97% The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $500,000.00 and $750,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VAMC. This is not a solicitation.
