- Amendment 01 attached to address the due date for receipt of proposals is hereby extended to 18 May 2018 at 1:30 PM Eastern Time. Government answers to questions received thus far under the solicitation will be addressed in a forthcoming Amendment. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) has issued a solicitation for the US Army Evaluation Center (AEC) for an single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five year ordering period for The Survivability Evaluation Directorate (SVED). This requirement is set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 541330 Engineering Services Engineering Services with a size standard of $38.5 Million. Only Offerors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Small Business under NAICS 541330 may submit a proposal. The on-line version of the Request for Proposal (RFP) includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendments will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. Kristin M. Height is the POC for this action; Kristin.m.height.civ@mail.mil. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website on a regular basis for any updates. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when available. All proposals must be received by the Government POC named above before 1:00 pm EST on 18 May 2018 in accordance with the RFP instructions. All questions must be received by 11:00 am EST on 10 April 2018.
