- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W911S7-18-Q-0007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339113, Surgical Manufacturing. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 750 Employees. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 60 days. Basis for Award; The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the lowest priced offeror that meets the salient characteristics of the Government IAW this solicitation. Four Attachments are applicable to this solicitation. The place of delivery is Ft. Leonard Wood MO. 65473 FOB Destination. "This will be a total SDVOSB set-aside." As of 4-25-2018 this contract has been opened up to all small business. The resulting contract will be a single award firm fixed price requirements contract. The Contractor shall deliver quantities to Ft. Leonard Wood in response to delivery orders throughout the duration of the contract. Fort Leonard Wood requires Personal Protective Equipment Accessories. The salient Characteristics are in attachment 1 (Salient Characteristics). Quotes are to be received no later than 10:00 AM CST, 25 April 2018 at: MICC - Fort Leonard Wood 8112 Nebraska Ave, Building 11400 Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri 65473 All quotes must reference W911S7-18-Q-0007. Quotes must acknowledge all attachments. Special attention to the requirements on Attachment 3, requiring input from the contractor must be included in all quotes.
