- This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912P7-18-Q-0005 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, effective 6 November 2017. This procurement is being issued as a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) under NAICS code 562991 with a small business size standard of $7,500,000 in annual revenue. The United States Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for septic services at the Warm Springs Dam / Lake Sonoma, CA campground areas for the next five years (one base year plus four option years). The attached solicitation and Performance Work Statement provides additional information regarding the specific requirement. Also attached is a pricing worksheet for use when submitting the price quote. Interested vendors may submit their own pricing worksheets. Award will be made to the vendor whose quote is the lowest priced and meets minimum technical requirements. In order to be considered for award, vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov and shall have a neutral or positive past performance record. Minimum technical requirements: Quoter shall provide documentation demonstrating the possession of, and describing, necessary equipment (sewage pumping boat and 4x4 sewage pumping truck) to perform the contract. All questions shall be submitted in writing and received prior to 4:00 p.m. PST, March 27, 2018. Questions should be sent via email to richard.a.smith2@usace.army.mil Quotes are due not later than the time and date specified on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov. Quotes should be sent via email to richard.a.smith2@usace.army.mil. Submission Requirements: Prospective vendors must submit the following information with their quote package.
