Attached a Past Performance Questionnaire Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 / 01-24-2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562219 Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal, with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and all solicitation provisions & clauses are incorporated in this announcement. Responses to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 8:00 AM EST on 04/302018. Responses to this announcement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order with FOB Destination and the Government intends to make award under this announcement without discussions. The Indiantown Gap National Cemetery is seeking to purchase services to for trash collection at the property. See Statement of Work for details and price schedule. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information provided nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided for the Government. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information concerning this announcement at https://fbo.gov.
