- Request for Quote (RFQ): Influenza Vaccines The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) is soliciting for a quote and intends to award a Firm-Fixed price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements. This requirement is being advertised as Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 325412. Offers are due in this office no later than Wednesday, 02 May 2018, 2:00 pm local central time.
