- Wage Determination W91QF4-18-Q-0029 Solicitation for Moving BPA Request For Quotes Fort Leavenworth Office Moving Blanket Purchase Agreement Fort Leavenworth, Kansas has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide local office moves within Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The Contractor shall provide all necessary manpower, materials, furnishing, labor, and supervision for services requested. This RFQ is a Total Small Business set aside. See attached solicitation for requirements. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). (Note: Any interested party may respond to the RFQ.) This is a solicitation announcement. Multiple contract awards will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The Government will use responses to this RFQ to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Any resultant contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price. The Salient Characteristics of the requirement fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 484210, "Used Household and Office Goods Moving." Interested firms must demonstrate in their qualification statement that they are qualified to provide the product under this NAICS code. Interested firms must include in their qualification statement that the firm carries insurance and has the necessary manpower to perform the requested service. Firms responding to the RFQ are asked to submit capability statement to provide the moving service that is addressed as the Government's requirement.
