- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24418Q0521 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333912 and the small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System, HJ Heinz Campus, Pittsburgh, PA has a requirement for twenty (20) portable oxygen tanks. Please download the PDF copy of the attached solicitation for required specifications and instructions for submission of a quote. Delivery is required no later than 30 days after date of an award. If you are not able to meet this delivery requirement, please quote your best lead time with your offer.
