Updated PWS Tab H_19 Apr 18 version Updated PWS Tab G_19 Apr 18 version Updated PWS Tab F_19 Apr 18 version Updated PWS Tab D_19 Apr 18 version Updated PWS Tab C_19 Apr 18 version Updated PWS Tab B_19 Apr 18 version Updated PWS Tab A_19 Apr 18 version Corrected Attachment 8 Pricing Matrix Excel Spreadsheet_24 Apr 18 version 25 Apr 18 UPDATE : The purpose of this FBO update is to provide an updated PWS (19 Apr 18) and updated pricing sheet (24 Apr 18) to vendors. Due to system issues, the formal amendment 0001 document will be posted separately. However, all information necessary for offerors to complete their proposals has been provided in the FBO postings to date. i.e. the Amendment 0001 document will contain the same information. The proposal due date has been extended one last time to 2PM EST 4 May 18. See RFP Section L for submittal instructions. Concerns received from vendors relative to errors (both perceived and actual) in the 16 Apr 18 Q&A responses and 19 Apr 18 updated pricing sheet are also addressed below: 1. Attachment 8, Option 1 tab drops Roofer line item from DBA Building. All other periods have it. Please confirm this in intentional. **This error has been corrected in the 24 Apr 18 version of the pricing sheet.** 2. Attachment 8, Summary tab not pulling in Option 2 DBA subtotal. **This error has been corrected in the 24 Apr 18 version of the pricing sheet.** 3. Attachment 8, Option 2 tab not pulling in correct rate for SCA Support Equipment Mechanic/Power Professional. Rate being returned by Government link is "$0.00" **This error has been corrected in the 24 Apr 18 version of the pricing sheet.** 4. Attachment 8, Option 1 tab not pulling correct rate for Welder. Government link is pulling in rate for Vehicle Barrier Controls Technician. **This error has been corrected in the 24 Apr 18 version of the pricing sheet.** 5. CLIN numbering for Schedule B is discontinuous; i.e., CLINs x008, x011, x016, and x024 are missing. Please confirm this is intentional. Else, please provide corrected Schedule B with revised CLIN numbering. **This is not an error. It is intentional. The missing CLINs should be considered "reserved" for the purpose of this solicitation.** 6. The Attachment 8 Summary tab provides for pricing of a base period and four option periods, for a total of five periods of performance. However, Schedule B provides for a sixth period of performance (CLIN series 5001 - 5028). Please confirm the 5000 series of CLINs in Schedule B are in error and do not need to be completed and provide a corrected Schedule B. If, however, the sixth period of performance IS required, please provide a revised Attachment 8 with the Summary tab showing six periods of performance, and an additional tab for the sixth period. **Schedule B is correct; pricing for the 6 month provisional option must be provided. The 24 Apr 18 version of the pricing sheet reflects the 6 month provisional option in the Summary and an additional tab.** 7. Two of the questions from the Q and A directly contradict each other. We understand that Airfield Management is closed during three specific holidays and Tab H states the airfield is closed but the answer to two questions contradicts the PWS and each other as to whether or not the airfield is actually closed those three days. From Questions and Answers, Tab C, question #2 asks if manning is needed "365 to include Holidays" The answer stated from PWS tab H; "Airfield will be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas New Year's Day." From Questions and Answers, Tab G, question #2 asks, is fuels required to remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which includes Thanksgiving, Christmas New Year's Day. The answer states "If transient aircraft are scheduled to arrive on holidays, then fuels will be required to provide mission support." This answer indicates is not closed and that transient aircraft could be scheduled to arrive Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day as well as any other holiday. Could we please have clarification? **This is not an error. Service in fuels must be available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Note that fuels will not be required to work if the airfield is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. However, if missions come up and the airfield remains open on those holidays (e.g. in the event of alert missions), then fuels will be required to work.** 8. <REDACTED> believes there might be an error in the workload estimate listed under "Pavements" in Tab F, F-TE-2 Work Load Estimates. TAB F list significant contractor responsibilities for maintaining pavement onboard March ARB, however above mentioned TAB lists zero hours of pavement work performed during the reporting period. F5.3.1.2 Pavement Sweeping: The KTR shall check all Air Force-owned airfield pavements (runway, taxiways, ramps and aprons) daily for FOD and shall sweep 20% of the airfield pavement each day. Sweep all airfield pavement areas to keep them free of dirt, debris, and foreign matter. Sweeping is completed in the areas specified, and at the frequencies specified and documented. F5.3.1.2 The KTR shall sweep all roads and parking lots a minimum of one time per month and document. F5.3.1.3 Pavements: Repair, maintain, modify, and inspect paved areas including streets, airfields, walkways, parking lots, driveways, fire lanes/breaks, storage areas, and other similar surfaces. F5.3.1.3.1 Emergency Pavement Repairs: The following pavements repairs shall be accomplished as emergency service calls; Jet blast erosion on flexible pavements that remove some of the pavement material... F5.3.1.6 Paint Striping: The KTR shall perform striping for roads, parking lots, crosswalks, hold lines, and stop lines. The KTR shall paint taxiways, aprons, ramps and chevrons and apply glass beads as identified by BCE. Request Government confirm zero hours of "Pavement" work performed during reporting period for TAB F, F-TE-2. **This is not an error. The Tab F, F-TE-2 Work Load Estimates workload referenced is for workorders. The sweeping and other PWS references cited above are FFP.**
