- Applicable Clauses Limited Sources Documentation The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for preventive maintenance and repair of all DEA owned cafeteria equipment for the period of May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2019. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single fixed price order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to the Electric Motor Repair Company, as they are the only source that is certified by all manufacturers of the equipment and the only company certified to work on cafeteria equipment located at the DEA Headquarters. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file. Responses shall be submitted to Alyse.n.girard@usdoj.gov no later than April 30, 2018 at 9:00am EST.
