- HUBZone Event Flyer Register now for the 2018 FDA HUBZone Fair This is the official announcement of the event! You're invited to attend the 2018 FDA HUBZone Fair! The event will include a morning speaker session followed by matchmaking meetings. After the morning session, HUBZone representatives will be able to meet one-on-one with FDA Project Officers, Technical Leads, and Contracting Officers concerning upcoming requirements. Date and Time : June 25, 2018 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM Eastern Time (ET); Check-in begins at 8:00 AM ET. Location : FDA White Oak Campus Conference Room 2045 10903 New Hampshire Avenue, Building 2 Silver Spring, Maryland 20993 Registration : HUBZone Certified Small Business must register for the event at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2018_FDA_HUBZone_Outreach_Fair Given limited space, registration is limited to a maximum of 2 representatives from each HUBZone firm.
