The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 500 each up to 1500 each maximum of a VALE, MODULATING, NSN: 2995-01-159-4660, Part Number: 70306-10012-105 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 500 each Year 2: 250 each Year 3: 250 each Year 4: 250 each Year 5: 250 each Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 500 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. This item is limited in competition to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, Cage Code 78286, and HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL, Cage Code 02LU7. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100.
