- The Social Security Administration, Region 9, is seeking a contractor to provide Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) services and provide preventive maintenance, inspection(s), and certification(s) for the system at the Frank Hagel Federal Building, 1221 Nevin Ave., Richmond, CA 94801-3123. The contract anticipated is for a base period with four one-year option periods. This is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS is 811310 with a size standard of $7.5 million.
