- This is a DRAFT performance work statement (PWS). The PWS is provided for prospective contractors to get a better understanding of the performance and support expected under the scope of this requirement. The PWS is only a DRAFT and has NOT been finalized. The final PWS will be posted upon solicitation. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify companies with the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for the opportunity to provide contracted advisory and assistance services for the 374th Mobility Air Forces flying squadrons at Yokota AB, Japan. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the United States Government. The Contractor shall provide Flight Operations Support functions to the Mobility Air Forces (MAF) flying squadron. Support functions include: Aircrew Scheduling Support, Operations Training Support, and Standardization & Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Support. The focus of work shall be to support non-flying duties in the flying squadron that are traditionally performed by aircrew members as additional duties. Support is required through this contract to ensure complete coverage of the Wing's overall flying operations support requirements. The Contractor shall provide a qualified, experienced subject matter expert (SME) for each support function. This includes providing Contractor personnel, services, and management support to accomplish mission objectives. Included with the SOURCES SOUGHT is a DRAFT performance work statement (PWS). The PWS is provided for prospective contractors to get a better understanding of the performance and support expected under the scope of this requirement. The PWS is only a DRAFT and has NOT been finalized. The final PWS will be posted upon solicitation. The contract term will be a one year base period with two one year option periods.
