- Laminate Flooring, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii The purpose of this Amendment No. 01-Reissue RFQ and extend offer submission date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P8218Q0017 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-97 (effective January 24, 2018). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326199 (All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 5/11/2018 20:00 Eastern Time. FOB Destination delivery is required to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Attn: Tom Lemmer, 1 Crater Rim Drive, Hawaii National Park, HI 96718. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all materials, shipping and delivery necessary to comply with the requirements of this RFQ. Offers MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.209-06, 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.222-40, 52.223-18, 52.225-3, 52.225-3(ii), 52.225-13, 52.232-33.The full text of the referenced FAR clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/. 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items. (OCT 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability, Price and Past Performance. Basis of award will be lowest priced quote with acceptable technical capability and past performance, conforming to the provisions, clauses, and specifications of this solicitation.
