(N62478-18-D-4024), 5151 Shoreham Place, Suite 260, San Diego, CA 92122; Environet, Inc. (N62478-18-D-4025), 64-705 Waikelehua Place, Kamuela, HI 96743-8365; Insight Pacific, LLC (N62478-18-D-4026), 2749 Saturn Street, Brea, CA 92821; GM/Bulltrack Joint Venture, LLC (N62478-18-D-4027), 15800 SE 135th Avenue, Clackamas, OR 97015; and Alan Shintani, Inc. (N62478-18-D-4028), 94-409 Akoki Street, Waipahu, HI 96797 were each awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award design-build/design-bid-build construction contract. The work includes, but is not limited to labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to perform new construction, repair, alteration and related demolition of existing infrastructure based on Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build (Full Plans and Specifications) for infrastructure within the State of Hawaii. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all seven contracts combined is $245,000,000. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of April 2023. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 18 proposals received. These seven contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contracts. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
