Description
**** To effectively respond to the questions received and provide sufficient time to implement into the proposal of those that have inquired the solicitation response date has been extended to 3 May 18. **** The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, parts, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, management and debris disposal (including dirt/concrete from post holes and packaging materials), and warranty in accordance with the requirements specified herein and those set forth under the Statement of Work. The canopy specifications for the canopies are as follows: - 25 X 53 Rectangular Shape (North end of lot) 1325 sq.' - 25 X 68 Rectangular Shape (North end of lot) 1700 sq.' - 25 X 140 Rectangular Shape (North end of lot) 3500 sq.' - 25 X 340 Rectangular Shape (South end of lot) 8500 sq.' - 14ft high vertical beams, with horizontal cantilevered beams, creating 19ft total height of canopy - Supported by brown, steel beams, in a cantilever configuration to support the shade - Structure should be pitch to the required angle necessary to achieve the adequate ability to shed water, ice and architectural utilization. HDPE or UV Stabilized High Density Polyethylene manufactured utilizing the knitted lock stich method with a power heat set process producing a stabilized fabric that will not tear, fray, or unravel if cut. - Structure will be mounted into the ground by a concrete reinforced pier. Concrete will be cut and a hole dug between 3 and 5 feet deep.
