- This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will result in a firm-fixed-price call order. This requirement is for the procurement of Steel, Plate, 4130, 0.500 Thick and Armor PLT STL (HH).313 X 48 X 96. The quantities and specifications will be released with the RFQ. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Estimated Release Date: April 26, 2018 Estimated Response Date: May 1, 2018 This RFQ will be issued via email to all current Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (JMTC) steel blanket purchase agreement (BPA) holders. All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change. Note: This RFQ will be issued to all current JMTC BPA holders. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. Any amendments to the RFQ shall be emailed to the BPA holders. Failure to respond to any said amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Government. Requests that inquiries be in writing only.
