- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The intent of this solicitation is to obtain services. The work required by this contract includes the requirements outlined within the solicitation and attachments and includes, but is not limited to Crown Touching Release with hand tools on 122 acres on the Pisgah Ranger District. This project is located within the Pisgah Ranger District, Pisgah National Forest. This is a total Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation 12466018Q0006 is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96. All offers must be received by 9:00am ET on May 8, 2018. Work will begin 10/01/2018 to 04/30/2019.
