Solicitation Number: W911QY-18-Q-0009. 5. Set-Aside Code: NA 6. Response Date: 11 May 2018 7. Place of Performance: US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground Natick Contracting Division Frederick Branch ATTN: CCAP-SCN 110 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite 240 Frederick, MD 21702 8. Description: The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5, Only One Responsible Source for using Impact and Kinematic Data to Predict Stress Fractures in Military Cadets. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with The Geneva Foundation, CAGE:1D2D1, for testing the capability of the Pedoped insole and Physimax® software to provide data on kinetic impact force and kinematic landing data to predict stress fractures in military cadets. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
