- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Armor, Supplemental for NSN 1680-01-0555-3358; Approved Source Aerocontrolex Group CAGE 98889 P/N 1685261-1; Critical Application Item; Estimated Annual Quantity of 17 each; the required delivery for the production quantity is 93 days; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 21 MAY 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
