Revised Statement of Work 27 April 2018 ***Statement of Work Amended 27 April 2018*** COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation ("synopsitation" hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a commercial item, i.e. PXW-FS5 Camera Kits and 2 Vinten V8AS-CP2F Pozi-Loc Carbon Fiber Tripod Systems as described under the attachment titled "Statement of Work." The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a proposal that (1) conforms to the requirements; (2) that receives a rating of "Acceptable" on the Technical Capability evaluation factor; and (3) that submits the proposal with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is not unbalanced and is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of proposals received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Please note a general statement that a proposal will conform to the minimum requirements in the Statement of Work will receive a rating of not technically acceptable; proposals must demonstrate how minimum requirements in the statement of work will be met, including a cost breakdown of each requirement. Synopsitation Number : FA860118Q0096 This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 333316 (Photographic and Photocopying Equipment) Synopsitation Closing Date : Proposals shall be received not later than 11:00 am, Eastern Time on 4 May 2018. The quotations may be in any format but MUST include: 1) Proposing company's name, address, phone and tax identification number (TIN); CAGE # 2) Point of contact's name, phone, and email 3) Quotation number & date 4) Item price 5) Shipping: FOB Destination 6) Total price 7) Applicable discounts 8) Payment terms Net 30 (after delivery and acceptance) 9) Timeframe that the quote is valid (At least 30 Days) 10) Delivery Schedule 11) Warranty Information (if applicable). 12) Completed FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Representations and Certifications. Quotations MUST also contain a complete description of item(s) offered to clearly show item(s) meets or exceeds the requirements listed above. The Contracting Officer will review quotations based on the factors listed in this solicitation and the information furnished by the offeror. Before price is considered, the quotation must meet the technical requirements. Any correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain the subject line "Synopsitation -FA860118Q0096 Cameras and Tripods" The entire proposal shall be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e.,.exe or.zip files). Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that.zip or.exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson. If sending attachments with email, ensure only.pdf,.doc,.docx,.xls or.xlsx documents are sent. The email filter may delete any other form of attachments.
