All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and Quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: josie.manderscheid@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0155. This will be set-aside to SDVOSB vendors. Solicitation package 36C77018Q0469 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about April 27, 2018, and will close on April 30, 2018 (12 PM CST) these dates are subject to change.
