Page 1 of 1 Notice of Intent to Sole Source OCE17-2 Research and Recognition Project Training FBO Notice: 36E77618Q9146 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends enter into a contract with Logical Images; to provide VisualDx to VHA. This service provides a comprehensive database and point of care tool for dermatology caregivers. The NAICS code for this procurement is 511210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
