- 14-02 Industry Notification Update. This Amendment 00018 is to update Industry of the revised closing date from December 31, 2018 to May 2, 2018. Effective May 3, 2018 the DHS S&T will no longer accept new White Paper submissions to the LRBAA 14-02. A new streamlined Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (LRBAA) 18-01 will update communications and submission features that will be announced in Federal Business Opportunities website in early June. Offerors are advised of the following: • White Papers and Non-Encouraged Full Proposals will be accepted to the LRBAA 14-02 portal until May 2, 2018 11:59PM, EST and will be processed using the submission, selection and evaluation criteria as outlined in the LRBAA 14-02 FedBizOpps announcement. • The submission and evaluation timeline for White Papers and Full Proposals will be condensed to accommodate the review of all Full Proposals by August 1, 2018. Offerors must pay special attention to the Full Proposal submission deadlines indicated in written notification memorandum. Submission extensions will not be granted.
