- Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE4A518R0623 will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This NSN is not commercial. The part being procured is a Body, Valve for Purchase Request 0073937020, NSN 4810-01-273-9006 at a quantity of 128 each. This is a source-controlled drawing item. Approved source is: HONEYWELL (CAGE 59364), p/n 3167365-3. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The delivery requested is 227 days. Configuration Control and Export Control apply. The solicitation issue date is on or about 05/16/18, with a closing date on or about of 06/14/18. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
